Tell President Trump and Congress to protect the Dreamers

This Administration is using protection of the Dreamers — children who have been here in the U.S. for 10 years or more but now risk being ripped away from their families — as a bargaining chip to build President Trump’s unconscionable wall between the United States and Mexico. This is cruel and un-American, not to mention fiscally irresponsible.

This cannot happen our watch. If we don’t stop this divisive discourse, they will be responsible for deporting or forcing out of this country roughly 800,000 young Americans. These young people are as American as you and me, and they deserve the same rights.

Please join me in speaking up for the Dreamers, and taking a stand for what has made America the welcoming place it has been for generations of families — including my own.
