In 3rd race, all politics are local / Lowell Sun
Lori Trahan has come full circle, from waitressing tables at the Owl Diner while in high school to visiting the historic diner as local politicians endorsed her run for Congress. The Lowell Sun details:
As A Lowell High School student, Lori Trahan tended tables at the iconic Owl Diner.
Today she lives in Westford, but was back in the diner’s sun-drenched parking lot on Friday for an event choreographed to send one message: the race to determine the region’s next member of Congress has a “Lowell candidate.”
Lowell Reps. Thomas Golden, David Nangle and Rady Mom, plus City Councilor Rita Mercier hammered home that theme, all heartily endorsing Trahan.
